Hi! My name is Gilles. My first visit to the Mayan Riviera was back in 1995 and that's when I decided that Mexico would be my home someday.
After being here on holidays many times, I finally decided to move to Playa Del Carmen with my family in 2007 and become a Mexican.
I speak fluently Spanish, English & French

Over the last thirteen years, I have perfected my knowledge of the Yucatan Peninsula. I met and became friends with many of the locals as I gradually immersed myself in this country that I now love as my own.
I also owned and managed a successful and important diving center in Playacar for a couple of years.
After this very rewarding experience, I finally decided to make myself available to help YOU live unique adventures in the Mayan Riviera.
It's actually here in Playa del Carmen, around 25 years ago, that I discovered my passion for scuba diving.
Since then, in my travels to Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt and more, I continued to learn and spend time becoming an Open Water Scuba Instructor and Master Scuba Diver Trainer (PADI # 237593).
I'm also a Cavern and Cave Dive Guide since 2010. (IANTD #59596).
Most recently, just 10 years ago, I discovered the most exciting water sport: kitesurfing.
After finalizing an intense training course at the famous kitesurfing school PDC Kiteboarding, I became a qualified instructor (IKO # 8987).
